What actually happens after I request a report?
We reach out to coordinate a 15-minute kickoff call — scope, access, setup. Not a sales pitch. Once our tooling is connected, your written report is ready within 48 hours, and we close by walking through the findings with you.
Is the assessment really free? What's the catch?
It's genuinely free. The honest version of the 'catch': some businesses see their report and decide they want help fixing what it found — and some of those become clients. Plenty don't, and the report is theirs to keep either way. We'd rather earn the relationship by showing you something useful first.
Do you only work with businesses in Alabama?
No. We're based in Huntsville, but most of our clients aren't local. Everything we run is on the Microsoft stack, and it doesn't care where you sit.
We already have an IT person. Is this still for us?
Yes — a lot of our work is co-managed. Your team keeps the day-to-day; we plug in where you need specialist depth, whether that's an assessment, endpoint management, or security operations alongside your existing staff.
What do you need from us to run an assessment?
Very little. The 15-minute kickoff covers scope and access. Most assessments need read-level access to the environment being reviewed — we'll walk you through exactly what and why on the call, and nothing gets connected without your say-so.
How does pricing work?
Per user, modular, and transparent. Wherever we're your primary IT provider, you start on the same protected foundation and add only the modules that fit. If you have internal IT, standalone offerings let you take just the pieces you need. Microsoft licensing is always itemized separately — never hidden in a bundle. We'll tell you exactly what you'd pay before you commit to anything.
What happens to our data?
Assessment findings are yours. We use them to produce your report and walk you through it — we don't sell them, share them, or use them for anything else. Details are in our privacy policy.
